What you agree to when you use My Attention, in the shortest form that is still honest. Where something has not been decided, this document says it has not been decided rather than filling the space.
What this document is
The document version is shown at the top of this page. Agreement is recorded together with the version: if the text changes it carries a different number, and what you agreed to stays identified by the one recorded at the time.
The document is deliberately short. Everything in it describes how the service works today rather than how it might work.
Who provides the service
My Attention AI, Inc. operates My Attention and the services reached from it.
Write to team@myattention.co with anything about this document, your account or your data. It is read by the people who build this.
Who may use it
The service is open to everybody, in every country. We do not ask your age and we do not act on it.
We do not claim it is suitable for children: the questions and the wording of the result were written for adults, and we have not tested them with children.
Anything that keeps a record needs an account. Signing in and having an account are two steps, and you take both deliberately.
What using it involves
You answer questions about yourself, and the answers are kept with your account so that you can see what you answered.
Answer for yourself and answer honestly, or the record is of something other than you. Nothing here is checked against an outside source, and nothing here can be.
Do not use the service to do anything unlawful, to attempt access to another person's account, or to disrupt it for other people.
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, and you can ask for all of it to be deleted. Deletion waits thirty days before anything is removed, so a decision made in a bad hour can be taken back.
What you get, and what is not promised
The service is provided as it currently works. Availability is not guaranteed, features may change, and a version of this document with a real support commitment does not exist yet.
A Pro subscription costs $5 a month or $50 a year. It includes four questionnaires a month, the AI reading of your result at no extra charge, and credits: 100 a month or 1500 a year. Credits can also be bought on their own — 100 credits for $1 — or earned by inviting a friend. A one-off AI reading without a subscription costs 300 credits. If other plans appear, their terms will be published here before anything is charged for them.
What this version does not settle
Named plainly, because a silent gap reads as a decision: governing law, how a dispute would be handled, refunds, limitation of liability, and how an account is suspended.
None of those has been decided. They belong in the full text, and listing them here is how you can tell this document apart from one that has considered them.
If this document changes
The version number changes with it. The text lives in the same repository as this page, so every change is an edit with a history rather than a new file replacing the old one.
What a result is not
The result reflects what you told us about your attention. It does not establish a diagnosis and does not replace a professional.
A result describes what you answered: how many items you answered, how many at each point on the scale, and which ones. All of it can be checked against your own answers.
It reports no score, no severity, no likelihood and no finding that you have or do not have anything. The questionnaire is written by this company and validated against nothing, which is exactly why it reports answers rather than conclusions.
