A platform for attention and mental wellbeing

Understand your attention.Start acting.Live better.

My Attention AI helps you make sense of difficulties with attention and organisation, start the things that matter, practise cognitive and behavioural skills regularly, and find suitable professional support.

Screening is not diagnosis. AI does not replace a professional.

Start from what you need today

What outcome do you need right now?

There is no required order. Each direction answers its own question, and any of them is a reasonable place to begin.

My Attention Screen

Screening, not diagnosis

Make sense of your attention patterns

A structured self-report shows where you reported difficulties most often and helps you choose a next step. It is a reading of your own answers, not a finding about your health.

  1. Answer the questionsA set of questions about everyday difficulty with attention and organisation.
  2. See the categoriesAnswers are grouped into areas so the picture is readable.
  3. Read the explanationWhat the result means and, just as importantly, what it does not mean.
  4. Choose a next stepA practice, a shared session, or a professional — your call.
Take the screening

Only a qualified professional can diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment. Screen does neither, and does not replace a consultation.

My Attention Together

Open

Focus comes easier beside another person

Pick a length, name a specific goal, run the session, and record what came of it. The structure is the product: not a conversation, but shared work with a clear beginning and end.

Session lengths

  • 10 minutes

A quick start when beginning is the hard part.

  • 25 minutes

A focus sprint on a single task.

  • 50 minutes

    Deep work with one break.

  1. Pick a length10, 25 or 50 minutes.
  2. Find a partnerJoin a session or invite someone you know.
  3. Name the goalOne specific task, said out loud before the timer.
  4. Work togetherA shared timer and quiet company.
  5. Close it outWhat worked, what did not, and what comes next.

Together is not tutoring, therapy, a social network or a dating service.

My Attention Train

Practise attention, memory and executive control

Games, daily practices and Learn material add up to a short plan for the day. Assessment and training stay separate: an exercise trains, it does not measure how you are.

Five areas

  • Attention
  • Concentration
  • Memory
  • Thinking
  • Executive control

Where the exercises start

  • Inhibitory control

Tasks where the work is holding back the fast, habitual answer.

  • Selective attention

Finding the signal you need among the ones you do not.

  • Working memory

Holding a sequence and reproducing it.

Progress inside an exercise is progress inside an exercise. It does not establish an improvement in daily life, study or work.

My Attention Care

In development

Professional support when it is needed

Care is the direction for finding a suitable professional and arranging the next step. What follows is the intended route: a plan for the direction, not a service you can use.

The roles this is about

  • Psychiatrist
  • Medical psychotherapist
  • Psychologist / therapist
  • ADHD coach
  1. Describe what you needIn your own words.
  2. See the optionsWhich professional roles fit that description.
  3. Choose a professionalFrom those who work with it.
  4. Arrange a consultationAgree a time and a format.
  5. Continue follow-upIf the first meeting calls for it.

This section describes a product direction and is not medical advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

A support network around a group of people

One system

One profile, several ways to be supported

The directions are designed as parts of one system rather than as four separate apps. These are the principles it is being assembled on.

  • One account

A single way in to every direction on the platform.

  • An attention profile

Data and conclusions are used within the purposes you actually consented to.

  • Explainable recommendations

You should understand why this particular next step was suggested.

  • Control of your data

Export, deletion and personalisation stay yours to decide.

Approach, safety and trust

Careful with promises, clear about limits

A product for people with attention difficulties is easy to sell by overstating it. We try not to — and to write down where the line is.

  • Research-informed

Product decisions rest on sources that can be checked, not on intuition.

  • Screening, not diagnosis

A result helps you orient yourself; it does not establish a condition.

  • Explainable AI

AI explains patterns and recommendations. It gives no medical confirmation.

  • Open to everybody

Neither age nor country decides whether you can have an account. Tested in Kazakhstan, available everywhere.

  • Data kept out of the plumbing

Development telemetry keeps answers, notes and goals with full context; reusable secrets and complete card data are excluded.

Screen and Together are live

Understand your attention, then work alongside someone

Screen is open: the questionnaire, a plain reading of your answers, and an AI report. Together is open for focused human sessions. Train is still being built and will appear here when it works.

The subscription is $5 a month or $50 a year: four questionnaires a month, the AI report at no extra charge, and credits — 100 a month or 1500 a year. Credits can also be bought on their own, 100 to the dollar.

FAQ

The short answers

  • What is My Attention AI?

A platform of four directions: understand your attention patterns, start acting, practise the skills regularly, and find professional support.

  • Does Screen diagnose ADHD?

No. Screen is a structured self-report and an explanation of what the answers showed. Diagnosis and treatment belong to qualified professionals only.

  • Who is Together for?

Anyone who finds it easier to start and stay with a task beside another person. These are structured sessions, not socialising and not therapy.

  • What is in Train?

Cognitive games, daily practices and Learn material. A result in an exercise describes the exercise; it is not a medical conclusion.

  • What is Care?

The professional-support direction: help describing what you need, the professional roles that fit it, and arranging a consultation. The direction is in development.

  • Who is the platform for?

Anyone who struggles with attention. We do not ask your age and we do not restrict anybody by it. We also do not claim it is suitable for children: the questions and the wording of the result were written for adults, and we have not tested them with children.

  • How is AI used?

AI helps explain patterns and suggest a next step, and always shows what the explanation rests on. It does not confirm a diagnosis and does not replace a professional.

  • How is data handled?

This page collects no personal data and runs no visitor analytics. For the product, purposes, consent, access, export, deletion and retention will be set out in a separate policy before launch.

  • What does it cost?

The subscription is $5 a month or $50 a year. It includes four questionnaires a month, the AI report at no extra charge, and credits: 100 a month or 1500 a year. A one-off AI report without a subscription costs 300 credits, and 100 credits cost a dollar. The exact list is in the terms of use.
